We are so pleased with our Koala-T Exteriors experience! A rep showed up at our door offering free roof inspections & estimates. It just so happened that we were in dire need for a new roof so I took him up on the free apt. I was impressed that the apt was same day. The rep who came to our house, Jarrett Rheaume, was very professional and friendly. He went over all the details and answered all our questions. Jarrett made the whole process easy and comfortable. We were blown away by the fact that our roof could be finished within the next week! And to top it all off, we are impressed by the 50 Year/lifetime warranty, which is transferable to new owners if we ever decide to sell. It was also a pleasure speaking with Dustin (owner) over the phone regarding our questions about financing. The group of guys who completed our new roof were respectful of our home and made sure to clean up all materials. They finished our roof in 2.5 days and it looks amazing! Also, we now have more roof vents which will make a huge difference in keeping our house the right temp. No more stressing about the roof for many years to come.
